I am a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor. (LMFT#13662 and LPCC #27)  I am also an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor, and over the years I have mentored many California LMFTs for the Approved Supervisor designation. 

 

For most of my career I was a professor and clinical supervisor at Phillips Graduate Institute. I'm retired now, but still teach occasionally as an adjunct.

 

I'm probably best known for helping to prepare candidates for the BBS licensing exams. I've written materials and led workshops that have helped thousands of pre-licensed mental health professionals pass these very challenging exams. I'm now available for consultation and exam coaching. I've also recorded training videos that are almost like being at one of my workshops!
